Is this Dental Insurance?
No. Wellness Plans are a membership for preventive care and member savings; they cannot be combined with dental insurance or other promotions.
When does my plan start and end?
Plans remain active for one full year from the enrollment date.
What’s included in emergency visits?
Essential includes 1 emergency visit (exam only); Signature includes 1 (exam + Xray); Elite includes 2 (exam + Xray).
Do I get whitening?
Smile Elite includes a complimentary professional takehome whitening kit.
Can my family join?
Yes—add family members at reduced addon rates shown under each plan.
Where can I use the discount?
Member discounts apply only to services performed at Cafe Smile Studio. Specialist fees are not included.
